Application Fee:	$50.00 (Must be paid with submission of application)
Caution Fee:	$400.00
Amenities Fee:	$410.00 for year, due with caution fee
Holding Fee:	$40.00 weekly (Only applicable over Christmas Break - to hold your room between semesters)

Room Type	Annual Payment in Advance: Full Room and Board (Residential period for tenancy is 11 February 2009 to 25 Nov. 2009) -Price Reduction of $205 p.a. (Payment due by 6 February 2009)	Payment every Two Weeks: Full Room and Board (Residential period for tenancy is 11 February 2009 to 25 Nov. 2009) -Payments made electronically, fortnightly from your nominated bank account. Late penalties apply if conditions not met in agreement. (First 3 Weeks debited 6 February 2009)
Large Single Room	$10,660.00 for 41 weeks $260.00 per week average over period of contract - Price Reduction of $205.00 p.a.	$10,865.00 for 41 weeks $265.00 per week average over period of contract
Extra Large Regular Room	$9840.00 for 41 weeks $240.00 per week average over period of contract - Price Reduction of $205.00 p.a.	$10,045.00 for 41 weeks $245.00 per week average over period of contract
Regular Single Room	$9225.00 for 41 weeks $225.00 per week average over period of contract - Price Reduction of $205.00 p.a.	$9430.00 for 41 weeks $230.00 per week average over period of contract

Summer Session:

Rates are weekly only - payable fortnightly in advance.

17 December 2008 - 10 February 2009 @ Room only rates –

Regular single rooms $150.00 (includes all utilities)
Large single rooms $170.00 (includes all utilities)

Also includes use of all facilities- Internet, swimming pool, Foxtel, free washing machines, and rec room
